Great! This is the same model my physical therapist used after I had hand surgery! Now I can do exercises at home.

After a recent spinal injury I have to say this is an incredible tool to build muscle and fine motor skills, also helps in my opinion with handgun grip and shooting.

Great product and operates just as explained in the catalog. My, WIFE, used it to strenghten up her right wrist before she fired for qualification last saturday and she had only one non-qualified shot. Hit 24 out of 25 and only required 18 to pass.

Well designed & well made. I originally made the purchase for my wife so she could strengthen her "trigger" finger for the ".357" we bought recently. However I find myself picking it up any time I pass by it and doing several sets for my own good. Will most likely order a "heavier" unit for myself.

great hand exerciser havent gone to the range yet to see if my enhanced grip will help accuracy but i have a stronger handshake for sure.

Please enter your comments about this product here... This is a very safe way for 'older' hands to try to regain a bit of strengh lost through lack of 'heavier' work. Not too strenuous, but strength build-up can be achieved with repeated and increased repetitions.

I got all three.

The GripMaster Hand exercisers are an excellent and simple tool to enhance grip and finger strength. I recently suffered a nerve pinch in my neck which resulted in a loss of 50% grip strength. I purchased all three Gripmasters and am now using the medium resitsnce unit. I have even shown them to my Physical Therapist. My therapist is going to order a set for her clinic.

After the first week of using the gripmaster, I saw a marked improvement in my marksmanship. Being able to isolate the trigger finger for better development is great.

My husband had a stroke in 7/2007 . He has some use coming back in his left hand and the hand exerciser has helped his grip and finger strenghth. He is a big hunter and it is a big help to him for pulling back his bow and pulling back his trigger on his riffle.

Nicely made piece. Building hand/forearm muscles back up and feel like my old hands are more flexible.

Use it every day. I use it to improve right hand over left hand dexterity due to the use of a computer mouse, I notice my right hand becoming over-dominant. This did the trick in bringing my left hand "up to speed"

totally different from other hand and wrist workouts. These work the fingers independently...an let me know where my weaknesses were on my hands and fingers. Great product....good support pages with workout suggestions for different sports or hobbies you may be involved in. I would recommend

It is a great item, I recomment it to anyone. I am an avid shooter so it is nice to get such a great hand exerciser that really strenthens the whole hand and fingers, I now have a better grip and stonger grasp. I personally bought the 9LB resistance level, and it works.
